About The Founder

Arif Hyder Ali, is a highly-respected arbitrator, specializing in investor-State dispute settlement, international commercial and construction arbitration, and public international law.

A thought leader in his field for more than 35 years, Arif has served as an arbitrator, lead advocate before international courts and tribunals, and strategic adviser to C-suites, sovereign governments, non-governmental organizations, political leaders and high net worth individuals. Previously, Arif led the international disputes practices of three global law firms and held senior positions in two international organizations.
