Projects
We not only practice international law, we also study its history, impact, evolution and possibilities.
Our academic work is infused with our practice and vice versa. Our curiousity and thirst for knowledge across disciplines and the industry areas relevant to our practice allow us to remain constantly abreast of the latest developments and trends. We are currently engaged in the following areas of academic research.
The Evidence Project
Much has been written about evidence generally and more specifically about its application and role before international courts and tribunals.
Cultural Psychology and Dispute Resolution (CPDR) Project
The field of cultural psychology draws from various fields such as sociology, economics, history, philosophy and cognitive and behavioral psychology in an effort to identify and study both culture-specific and universal aspects of human behavior.
International Law and Internet Governance (ILIG) Project
For more than two decades, AHALI lawyers have engaged with matters relating to the governance of the Internet, including by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
